Walter Animation Update

GOOD NEWS! My website is actually UP! to an extent at least. I have a lot more done now than I had anticipated. Basically its all layed out with pages. Some are working, some are coming soon. I will be continuing to update and add animations throughout the quarter.

After much much work and a strenuous compiling of resources I am done with my Reel to submit to Pixar. It aint much but its what I got!

My resume is done. My cover letter is done. My animations are as done as they can be. The reel is edited. Now I just have to put it on DVD and mail this off!

I will post the reel here sooner than later. With Senior Project II class starting up I will be working on MORE animations as well and making my website an actual website.

Hello. I have been working on getting my stuff together to create a reel to submit to Pixar for their summer internship program. I have been working on my resume, cover letter, DVD case design, and of course ANIMATIONS!

I have been lighting my animations and tuning them so they look more professional. I also created an animation over Spring Break to include in the reel. I am posting this update now to share that animation. Enjoy!

Remember my last background layout project? Well, I have another to share. I did not get to spend as much time on it as I wanted to having such a busy quarter and all, but I figure I may as well show it. If you recall, the last project was a lighting exercise more me. In this project I spent time working with the toon shaders and whatnot within Maya.

Remember all that homework I was talking about? Well I thought I would share some of it. Here is a little 3D scene I made. This projects main goal was to get me more familiar with the lighting inside of Maya. Before this project I had never done any sort of advanced lighting in Maya.
